Business Advice and Mentoring Programmes

We offer clients business advice and support to develop their business and, for start-ups, help to write their business plan.

We will shortly be running a mentor programme for businesses to assist them in reviewing their business in areas such as general management, financial management, marketing, e-business, diversification and lean business.

In addition, Back to Work Enterprise Allowance clients can avail of a one day Start Your Own Business training which gives participants a good grounding in business in a user-friendly, jargon-free manner.
