New HSE Day Care Centre to open in Cliffoney
Sligo LEADER Partnership are delighted to announce the Opening of the HSE Cliffoney Day Care Centre on Main Street Cliffoney from January 2023. The centre located will operate from Cliffoney Hall three days per week from 11.00am until 3.00pm. The Day Care Centre will be managed by Sligo LEADER Partnership offering a range of services for the elderly. The centre will provide a social outlet for clients, meeting friends and making new friends. If interested, clients take part in bingo, card games, chair exercises and much more.
Typically, clients are over the age of 55yrs, male and female, and are referred from their Public Health Nurse. Food is provided each day the centre is open which consists of Soup, Dinner, Dessert, Tea/Coffee & Biscuits.
Transport is made accessible by TFI Local Link and anyone along the route can provide an Eircode to be collected.
To celebrate the opening of Cliffoney Day Care Centre, we are hosting a Christmas lunch for potential clients and guests on Monday 19th December from 11.30pm in Cliffoney Hall where food will be provided by Sligo Meals on Wheels and also a spot prize or two.
