Hello I’m Erin, a Mexican-Canadian who happened to stumble upon Ireland’s stunning Northwest coast 10 years ago and never left! A certified yoga instructor, nature lover, foodie & avid organic vegetable gardener, I discovered my passion for health 15 years ago when I visited a naturopath with significant digestive issues. Once we discovered the root cause of my problems, the quality of my life vastly improved. This greatly inspired me to change my career and study holistic health – one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Now as a qualified Systematic Kinesiologist, and student of Naturopathy & Nutrition, it’s my passion to help others reclaim their health too.
