County Sligo Leader Partnership Company are delighted to announce a series of workshops over the month of April.  The training is to assist the community and voluntary sector in improving good governance and compliance across their respected groups. SICAP intends the workshops to act as a health or compliance check for community groups and to assist them in getting up to speed with new company and government regulations.

The first of our workshops is an information session on complying with the Charity Regulator and also information on the criteria for a community group to become a registered charity. There is growing scrutiny and regulations from funding and government agencies and SICAP hopes to assist Sligo groups in achieving a high compliance standard.
