Navigating Your Start-Up Business through COVID-19 (Workshop)
COVID-19 has posed unprecedented challenges for all sectors of society but in particular for new businesses who have struggled to respond and adapt. It is intended that this course will enable our clients to effectively manage customer engagement and expectations and plan for the safe re-opening of their business when restrictions allow. It is intended that this workshop will highlight the range of supports available to small businesses affected by the COVID-19 restrictions.
This Navigating Your Start-Up Business through COVID-19 workshop will be delivered online (using ZOOM). The workshop will be delivered over a 3-hour morning session.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Communicating with customers
- Managing customer expectations
- Adapting to customer behaviour
- Reviewing your advertising strategy
- Financial and other supports
- Planning for safe re-opening
