Main focus for project was Older Adult’s Nutrition. The platform for the project was Ocean FM, whereby 10 daily tips on Older Adult nutrition was aired approx.. 6 times across Ocean FM shows for two weeks. Along with the daily tips, the project also incorporated 5 weekly nutritional talks on Ocean FM’s Francie Boylan show through a consultant nutritionist.
