2020 has certainly been the year of gardening and many people have experienced the positive benefits that gardening can have on your mental health and overall wellbeing.
The Open Garden online video project was developed specifically by The Organic Centre for Sligo LEADER Partnership. This lovely series of 10 short videos introduce you to basic gardening techniques and tips.
