“We at Life Start Childcare have had many participants on the TUS scheme over the past few years. It is always a welcome bonus to receive a call to say they have a suitable candidate ready to join our team.
Participants from TUS that have been placed in Life Start include people who have come to us as a caretaker or childcare assistants. Caretakers take responsibility for the upkeep of our premises. They care of our outdoors and ensure it is always clean and ready for the children to play. Indoors they take responsibility for the painting and small DIY jobs.
Childcare assistants are massively welcomed in any of our childcare rooms. Assistants help our staff care for the children on a daily basis and help to ensure that the routine of the day and room runs smoothly for the children. Assistants aid our staff to ensure that the children are receiving top quality childcare on a daily basis.
Every hand is a welcomed bonus in a busy environment and we are very grateful for TUS participants.”
