Curry Moylough Community Playground Group established to organise the funding and development of a community recreational area to provide amenity and leisure facilities for the rural communities of Curry/Moylough.
The facility includes an exercise and play facility for children of all physical abilities and sensory needs that promotes nature and adventure in a safe secure environment. It also provides an area for parents/guardians of young children to gather and socialise.
The Playground was supported by a LEADER Grant of €82,430.
The adjacent St Mary’s Community Centre is also supported by the Rural Social Scheme who ensure the hall and its grounds are beautifully maintained
