Waterpoint Aqua Park is based in the beautiful seaside village of Enniscrone. Its facilities include; an indoor heated pool, a 65-metre flume waterslide, a separate children’s pool, a health suite comprising of a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a fully equipped gym and café.
Outdoors there are 3 Astroturf pitches and a playground. It is community owned and run. Waterpoint was awarded LEADER aid of €138,430.00 to renovate their pool and changing areas.
Waterpoint also offers a varied range of placement opportunities on the TUS and RSS Programmes such as supporting staff in all areas of the business, front of house and administration, facilities maintenance and general care taking. Previous participants have described their work placement in Waterpoint as a positive experience in a busy working environment.
